By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Alex's Dashboard ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, or use the Software.
Subject to your purchase and compliance with these Terms, Deep Thought Lab ("we", "us") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and use the Software on a single computer for personal, non-commercial, home use only.

Payment is processed securely by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. Upon successful payment you will receive a unique download link by email. This link is personal to you, valid for 48 hours, and limited to a small number of downloads. Do not share your download link.
Your one-time purchase entitles you to all future updates to Alex's Dashboard at no additional cost. Updates are delivered as new installer packages. Deep Thought Lab reserves the right to change, limit, or discontinue updates at any time.
The Software and all related content, code, design, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Deep Thought Lab. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deep Thought Lab and its creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, system instability, or hardware damage — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license terminate automatically if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Deep Thought Lab operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Deep Thought Lab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
